John Hatch,
Founder & CEO
John founded Texas Petition Strategies (TPS) in 2003. Since that time, TPS has become the leading expert on local option alcohol campaigns in Texas and Louisiana, conducting efforts in over 250 communities.
Rebecca Hatch,
Partner/CFO
Rebecca brings over 35 years of administrative and political experience to TPS. She worked over 15 years at the Texas General Land Office in both the Legal and Executive offices. Ms. Hatch was also business administrator for Buda United Methodist Church for 8 years.
Rebecca and her husband John have lived in Hays County, TX since 1995. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University with degrees in Political Science and English. While at Tech she was active in the Women’s Service Organization and other campus activities. She currently serves on the Buda United Methodist Church Administrative Council. She has also served on numerous local committees and boards including the Elm Grove Elementary, Dahlstrom Middle School and Hays HS PTA boards, and was a founding board member of both the Buda Area Chamber of Commerce Board and the Friends of the Hays County Family Justice Center Board.
